Ulyssa C. Thomas Obituary, Death: Augusta Community Mourns the Heartbreaking Loss of 5-Year-Old Girl

According to her obituary, Ulyssa Carla Thomas entered into rest on August 5, 2026. A native of Richmond County, she was deeply loved by her family and brought joy to everyone who knew her during her short but meaningful life.

Ulyssa is survived by her parents, Kimberly Clark and Ulysses Thomas Jr., along with her sisters Kimyonna Thomas, Kamya Clark, Unique Thomas, and Kamila Clark, and her brothers Demarcus Clark, Jemari Talbert, Jaylen Thomas, and Ulysses Thomas III. She is also survived by her grandparents, Marsha Adams, Cynthia Thomas, and Ulysses Thomas Sr., her great-grandmother Martha Reyes, and a large extended family who cherished her deeply.

The tragic loss of Ulyssa has touched countless hearts throughout the community. Friends and loved ones have shared heartfelt messages remembering her bright smile, innocent spirit, and the happiness she brought into the lives of those around her. Many have offered prayers and words of comfort to her grieving family as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.

Family and friends will gather to honor Ulyssa’s life during a viewing on Friday, August 7, followed by a graveside service on Saturday, August 8, at Hillcrest Memorial Park, where loved ones will celebrate her life and bid a final farewell.
